Shipping policy

Processing Time

Order are typicall processed in no more than 3 business days after payment in received - excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. 

Please note that during sales, promotions, or high volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping and destination. We currently ship within the United States exclusively. 

Once an order has been shipped, the shipping method cannot be changed.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure accurate delivery information is provided at checkout.

Shipping Delays, Lost, Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier:

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays, carrier errors, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.
  • Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Any issues related to delivery must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
  • If tracking confirms delivery, the package is considered fulfilled. 

Incorrect Address Discliamer

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned to us due to address errors may not be eligible for reshipment or refund. Customer will need to pay a secondary shipping cost with the updated and correct address in order for item to be reshipped. 

Secondhand Item Disclaimer

All items are seconhand and shipped in the condition described at the time of sale. We take care in packaging but are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier during transit.
