Q : What are your buying hours?
A : Monday - Saturday 11:00am - 5:00pm, Wednesdays are drop off only.
Q : What are you currently buying?
A : We buy for all seasons all year round. We buy within the last two years of style / trends, and vintage items that are 20+ years old.
Q : What are your store hours?
A : Monday - Thursday 11:00am - 6:00pm / Friday - Saturday 11:00am - 7:00pm / Sunday : CLOSED
Q : What is your return policy?
A : All items are FINAL SALE, without exception. Please see our return policy page for full details.
Q : Do you buy men's clothing?
A : No we do not, however we do buy unisex items such as graphic tees, denim jackets, flannels, leather jackets, etc.
Q : Do you buy children's clothing?
A : No we do not. We buy only adult women's clothing, shoes, accessories, and unisex items.
Q : Do you buy plus size clolthing?
A : Yes, we buy sizes 00-24 and XXS-3X
Q : Can I drop off items to sell?
A : Yes, you can. Our buying hours are Monday - Saturday 11:00am - 5:00pm, Wednesdays are drop off only. By dropping items to sell you acknowlege that you opt out of seeing what items Threads decides to purchase and forfeit your option to decline. You acknowledge and agree that once you have been notified that your remaining items (if any) are ready for pickup you have 24 hours to pick up said items along with your payment (if any) before they are donated. You acknowledge agree that you will receive 30% cash back or 40% store creditfor what the items are lsited for.
Q : Do I need an appointment to sell?
A : No, all selling is done on a walk-in only basis during our designated buying hours. Buy hours are Monday - Saturday 11:00am - 5:00pm, and Wednesdays are drop off only.
Q : Are there a maximum amount of bags / bins I can drop off at one time?
A : No, there is no maximum on bags or bins that you can bring in to sell at one time - we do, however, ask that you call ahead if bringing more than 5 bags / bins to (916)771-3222. All items need to be in a bag or container.
Q : Do you pay cash on the spot?
A : Yes, we pay 30% of the items resale value in cash back, or 40% in store credit.
Q : Do you authenticate your luxury items?
A : Yes, all luxury items are authenticated by our experienced buyer and by CheckCheck. A luxury authentication certificate can be purchsed for an additional variable cost dependent upon the item's value, typically $15-$25.

- Buying Days/Hours: Wednesdays are drop off only
- All other days we buy from 11:00am - 5:00pm - Closed Sunday
- Buying for all season year round
- All clothes must be cleaned before hand
- No hangers or loose items - Your items should be in a bag, box, bin or basket
- 18 years or older to sell with a valid photo state I.D.
- We buy items that are within the last 2 years + modern vintage pieces
- We buy women's and junior fashion
