RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our business as a seconhand boutique, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.

Please review item descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about and item, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing. 

Condition of Items

All items are sold as-is. As a secondhand retailer, items may show signs of wear consistent with prior use. Any notable flaws or defects are disclosed to the best of our ability in the product listing.

Shipping Policy & Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier:

• We are not responsible for shipping delays, delivery errors, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
• Delivery timelines provided by carriers are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Any issues related to shipping must be addressed directly with the carrier.
  
• If tracking confirms delivery, the order is considered fufilled. 

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.

We reserve the right tp refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree to provide, current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made with us.

Product Information & Availability

All items sold are seondhand, unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to display product descriptions, measurements, and images as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that colors, textures, or details will appear exactly the same on all devices. 

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or cancel orders if any item is no longer available due to inventory discrepencies. 

Authentication

All items are pre-authenticated through our professional buyer and through CheckCheck. An aditional authentication certificate can be purchased for a variable price dependent upon item cost (typically $15-$25).

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change with notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is successfully completed and posted.

Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, theft, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon shipment.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, icluding but not limited to shipping delays, lost packages, or dissatisfaction with seconhand condition.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the propert of the boutique and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

The Terms of Services are govered by and contrued in accordance with the laws of the State Of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. 

Change to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website. Coninued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
